We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase of outdoor gear. If you have any issues after receiving the item, please follow the terms and conditions for return:
- Return Conditions
The item must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return.
If the item is damaged during shipping or has a quality issue, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the item to request a return.
- Return Process
Please first contact customer service at support@rowshire.shop or call 7744574477 to submit a return request, providing your order number and reason for return.
After customer service confirms, they will provide return authorization and a return address.
Send the item back, ensuring the packaging is intact.
We will process your refund within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. The refund will be returned to the original payment account.

- Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to product quality issues or damage during shipping, we will cover the return shipping costs.
For returns due to personal reasons, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
